Seniors Yoga
You can begin yoga at any age! In this class, designed for people aged 60 and over, we explore simple postures with the focus on correct alignment, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, and meditation.

A high-energy class combining dynamic yoga flow with light weights and Pilates balls for a full-body workout. You’ll build strength, balance and endurance while moving with your breath in a heated room.
Expect to sweat, tone and feel empowered — both physically and mentally.

Our Hot Yoga classes are inspired by both the Barkan and Absolute Hot yoga sequences. We encourage new students to take it easy in their first few classes and for best results practice as much as your schedule permits during the introduction period.
Our Hatha Yoga classes use asana (postures) with the breath to create a link between the body and the mind.
Prenatal Yoga offers a practice for pregnant women, in a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere. Post-natal yoga: a time for mothers to nurture and be nurtured.
