Mindful Movement

About

Mindful Movement

In Mindful Movement we aim to develop capacity by working the body in a specific order: stability, strength and mobility. It takes time to strengthen the body's tissues; it is therefore important to follow the order of priority so that the body can adapt in a sustainable way over time. The pace is slow and mindful but at times intense and challenging. Students are encouraged to do the best they can on any day and not to compare themselves with others. Consistent practice over time delivers the best results!
