Yin/Restorative Yoga
When practicing yin yoga you develop your mobility by applying positive stress to your deep connective tissues.
In Mindful Movement we aim to develop the body's capacity by working on stability, strength and mobility. It takes time to strengthen the body's tissues; it is therefore important to respect the order of priority so that the body can adapt in a sustainable way over time. The pace is slow and mindful but at times intense and challenging. Students are encouraged to do the best they can on any day and not to compare themselves with others. Consistent practice over time delivers the best results!

“Vinyasa” means to link together or to place in a special way. In this class, postures are linked together in a dynamic sequence in harmony with the breath.
Our Hatha Yoga classes use asana (postures) with the breath to create a link between the body and the mind.
