Our Hatha Yoga classes use asana (postures) with the breath to create a link between the body and the mind.

According to yoga philosophy there are seven energeDc centres in the body called chakras (“chakra” means wheel, disk, vortex). In this gentle flow class, each week we focus on a different chakra to balance the physical, mental and emoDonal energies of the body. The aim is to culDvate opDmal health throughout life.

This is a high energy flow class, where we focus on strengthening the core, legs and upper body to improve balance, flexibility, and endurance in the body and mind.
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.
