Hi, I'm Victoria!
I'm New Zealand-born and raised and have lived in Nyon for the last five years.
I started doing yoga to complement running and going to the gym, but it quickly became a daily necessity for reasons beyond stretching my tight calves!
Yoga has helped me in many ways in my corporate expat life, including improving my posture, teaching me to slow down and helping to still my mind.
I truly believe that yoga is an ancient tonic that can do wonders for all of us - no matter what age, size, ability or fitness level. And we should all be drinking as much of this tonic as possible!
I completed my initial 200hr training with international yoga guru Nico Luce, followed by specialist training in Hot Yoga (Barkan method) with the incredible Heidi Ulrich.
In my classes, my aim is to make my students feel better than when they first entered.
