More than 7 years ago I decided after a stressful period of work to take a daily yoga class. From this rigour came the desire to become a yoga teacher! I took and passed my hatha yoga exam (200H) and my anatomy exam (100H) in 2016. The following year I started training in pilates, bowspring and prenatal yoga.

In my prenatal classes, I offer you a moment to slow down, ground yourself and listen with kindness to what your body has to tell you. To achieve inner peace through gentle postures and movements, with energy and strength. A time devoted to deep breathing to control stress, apply letting go, live in the present moment, develop body awareness and prepare with serenity for childbirth.
Whatever your level, this practice will help you enjoy a happy, healthier and more harmonious life in your daily life.
