Growing up I struggled with my weight, disliked all forms of exercise, and suffered with disordered eating. 

I embarked on my fitness journey in 2017 desperate to finally make a change. I put in the work and developed the habits that compounded in the results I was seeking. Strength training enabled me to not only lose the weight, but more importantly, it allowed me to change my mindset. No longer exercising to “earn” food, but instead exercising to build strength, physically and mentally. 

Today I aim to help others on their journey. To move their body. To gain strength and confidence in themselves. And develop a healthy mindset towards exercise.

I started my incredible Yoga journey at the YogaMovesNyon Studio, it’s been more than 10 years now. Initially looking for something softer after a knee injury, I felt in love with Yoga and the variety of styles that allow me to work my body and my mind in different and complementary ways.
