In this class, students move from posture to posture in a dynamic sequence in harmony with the breath. At times we move quickly, at other times more slowly, depending on the time of day and the general feel of the moment. The pace is faster than regular Hatha yoga.
Kids and teens learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging yoga poses and partner poses. Lots of yoga games, breathing, and basic anatomy.
Our Hatha Yoga classes use asana (postures) with the breath to create a link between the body and the mind.
