Chakra Flow
A gentle flow yoga class that explores the seven chakras to support physical, mental, and emotional balance.

In the class designed for people aged 60 and over, we will explore simple postures with the focus on correct alignment, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, and meditation. Props will be used where appropriate and postures modified to suit the individual. This practice could also help regain full range of motion in the joints for those who have suffered an injury and for those with reduced mobility.
