Yin/Restorative Yoga
When practicing yin yoga you develop your mobility by applying positive stress to your deep connective tissues.

As we age we tend to lose muscle mass, which makes us more susceptible to injury, osteoporosis and other ailments. It is vital that we maintain muscle mass and stability in our older years. In this 60-minute class we use weights, kettlebells, elastics and other props to work the whole body and develop strength in key areas. This is a great complement to your yoga practice.
