Our warm yoga classes are inspired by both the Barkan and Absolute Hot yoga sequences. We encourage new students to take it easy in their first few classes and for best results practice as much as your schedule permits during the introduction period.

You can begin yoga at any age! In this class, designed for people aged 60 and over, we explore simple postures with the focus on correct alignment, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, and meditation.

About our center

Centrally located in the heart of Nyon, Yoga Moves Nyon opened its doors in 2012. We have created a close bond with the local community and continue to offer the best classes in the region. A diverse range of styles, from classic Hatha to Warm yoga, Vinyasa and Warm flow, Pilates, Pre-natal, Seniors, Kids, Yin and Restorative yoga means there's something for everyone.

Adapting to accommodate our students needs and their busy schedules is always foremost in our minds. There are over 20 classes each week, and, with affordable and flexible memberships, you can practice whenever you want, as much or as little as you want.
