Prenatal Yoga
This class provides a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere. During pregnancy, you can enhance the bonding process with your baby while supporting the development and strengthening of your body, mind, and spirit.
This class is also a wonderful opportunity to meet other pregnant women who can relate to you as you experience the miracle of the life growing within you and the transition of becoming a mother.
Post-natal
A time for mothers to nurture and be nurtured. You’ll be doing exercises both on your own and with your baby from the basic yoga movements. Babies are incorporated into the class both as observers and as active participants using soothing infant massage, songs and rhymes and playful exercises.
The exercises in this yoga class will help you to
“Vinyasa” means to link together or to place in a special way. In this class, postures are linked together in a dynamic sequence in harmony with the breath.
Our Hatha Yoga classes use asana (postures) with the breath to create a link between the body and the mind.
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.
