We are excited to offer again our popular Winter Yoga Retreat in Adelboden in
the Bernese Oberland. Adelboden offers toned-down but top-notch
indulgence only 2 ½ hours drive from Nyon. An all year round resort but best
known for its international standard ski and winter snow sports. Our
accommodations will be at THE CAMBRIAN hotel and spa, a 4 star modern
Swiss Alpine experience to relax and restore you . The spectacular landscapes
are a breathtaking backdrop to elevate your yoga experience.
Heidi and Kate will be in charge of keeping a fine balance between daily yin
and yang yoga classes, finding the right tone to help you revive, reset and
restore your body and mind to optimal health.
