Longevity is not just about aesthetics or athletics. It’s about how much LIFE you have access to. It's not about how many years you live, but the quality of life in your years. Movement is essential for your brain function, for your happiness, for your self-expression. The more you move, the happier you are.. the happier you are, the more you can engage in all aspects of life! Your relationships are better, your choices are healthier, and you attract abundance. The benefits of regular movement, that build capacity such as strength and endurance, make life feel easier and you have more energy to live it. You literally want to participate in life more.
In this workshop we will discuss the following:
Each student will do a longevity self-assessment, ie. a series of exercises/postures. This will provide an indication of where improvements can be made so that you can continue to enjoy life in your 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond. We will learn tools and techniques to help you build a body that lasts a lifetime.
