Hot Yoga is an intense, yet highly rewarding healing modality that, with regular practice, can create amazing results. We work our body from the inside out. Digestive system, skeletal system, metabolism all the way to the skin—we cover it all. Not to mention muscle strength, increased flexibility and mental focus.
In this second Hot Yoga Fundamentals workshop, we will once again breakdown the initial basic elements of our asanas while exploring modifications for different body types. Our goal for you is to grasp important, key concepts which are essential for your personal progress and growth. As our first workshop concentrated mostly on signature standing postures in our lineage, this time we will cover some standing poses but emphasize the floor postures that make our practice so effective and unique.
With over 20 years of teaching experience and double that of practice, Maëlle and Marit will share tricks and tips to ensure you are reaching your own personal potential every time you step into the heated room.
Spaces are once again limited in order to give you the attention you deserve. And while we will be practicing during the workshop, we encourage you to stay for the class right after which will be co-taught by Maëlle and Marit, giving you double the chances for hands-on corrections and gentle assists throughout.
